Wears two headsets cause I'm that awesome (It's actually because I got a new headset- Razer Carcharias, which is great- that had a mic that isn't close enough to my mouth, so I'm using my old headset for the mic.

I realized one day that despite our so-called civilized societies, most of us are really barbarians inside. Once the rules and regulations are lifted, when we are thrown into chaos, we reveal our true selves. While there are exceptions to this, the vast majority of people fall into this description.
How do I know this? The Internet. On it, we are given the power of anonymity and most people choose to abuse it. They do and say things that they would not do or say outside of the Internet because there are actual consequences in the real world, whereas on the Internet, there are almost none. The worst that can really happen is that you get banned from the forum/game server/whatever, which is not nearly enough to discourage bad behaviour.
God dammit, I lost my train of thought. I'll continue later :P
People- nay, SUBHUMANS- who try to phish or hack for
people's private information, be it Steam, credit card, whatever, are a perfect example of the lack of morals in people. They try to get this information for their own benefit, at the expense of another, innocent person. What's worse is that it seems to me that there are more and more of them every day. A year or so back, I had never even thought about having my Steam Account hacked, but now it's something I hear about every few months, and it seems to be getting more frequent.
More later.
What exactly do I mean by barbarian? I mean not someone who is unintelligent, but rather selfish and greedy. We do things for ourselves or only for people we care about; all others have to fend for themselves. To truly transcend the barbarian label, we must do things for the improvement of humanity as a whole.

For the Love of the Cube
Do you hear the Companion Cube talk too? Then you're group material!
Alas, we parted with you, dearest Companion Cube. Could one not throw you down into the fiery pit of doom without shedding a tear? I think not. This group is in your memory. You knew the cake was a lie and perhaps even understood that the cake is a spy, but we shall no longer doubt your wisdom. Through your teachings of cubiness and tacit understanding of close quarters combat, allow us to crush our fows and leave nothing but gory cubes of violence in our wake. May we repent for your murder in the only way we know how: to play videogames. We ask for your guidance, all powerful Companion Cube, as we battle in your name. With every defeated opponent, we will proclaim, "HAIL THE CUBE, BITCHES!".
