I haven't played the original QUBE. My opinions are based solely on the Director's cut edition!

QUBE is a fun and short puzzle game with, you guessed it, cubes. There is kind of a story added to the game, which is quite mediocre, but a cool addition to the puzzles nonetheless. There is little to no soundtrack in the game.

Despite the 'meh' story and sometimes repetitive puzzles without any background music I really enjoyed Q.U.B.E.

I recommend the game, but because of its short length I would advice waiting for a discount if you don't want to spend 10euros for a 3-4h story.
