If you're cool, then you're fun to game with.

Do you like shooting zombies in the face? Do you like punting Hunters out of the air with a well-placed auto-shotty blast to the noggin? Can you do all of these things while being a cool person and just having a good time without getting pissy and/or shouting at people as to what they should do?

Then this group is your thing, because I'm going to invite people who aren't necessarily the most skilled players (though I'll try) but who want to have fun and can play without being a jackass.
