Gripping and thrilling in a way that no Tomb Raider has been for... a long time. A complete reinvention of the Tomb Raider. Uncharted without the comedy riffing and a really personal and deeply human story of survival.

Also, tombs. And some raiding.

You know, it's funny; I'd originally bought this for the PS3, and found it an absolutely awful experience.

I now know a few things I didn't; 1) that this game controls vastly better on PC; 2) that this game suffers badly if there's _any_ sort of input lag; 3) that the console adaptations really should never have been shipped, as a result of 1) and 2).

On PC, it's a nice, lighthearted romp. I was never able to get comfortable with Tycho's special attacks, but everything else was pretty good, and the storyline is very Penny Arcade.

Totally worth it. On PC.
