I do not know why this is as addictive as it is, but it is. The fast paced action and scarily accurate impatient customers makes for a sense of panic akin to working in genuine customer service. I have never hated food preparation as I do this, yet I continue to play for some reason or other. Good fun and a nice distraction from real life.
