In my opinon, Dystopia is one of the best Half-Life 2 mods, if not the best. It is fast paced and interesting at all times. While it may be difficult to get the hang of (especially cyberspace), I think that it is a fantastic game that any fan of Cyberpunk games will enjoy. And at a whopping $0, you really can't go wrong.
