Let us choose our install path for games and other content

These days computers have multiple harddrives and many of those hard drives are split into multiple partitions. Because of this fact Steam needs to add a system that allows us to choose our own install path.

Today Steam installs all the games, media and tools into a single folder located in a single drive partition, which makes it impossible for the users to take advantage of their multiple drives.
