"Wow, makes you think. Why would VALVe spend the time and money trying to [unscrew] peoples accounts, when they can just charge them all over again? Good money maker."

For a long time now, I have had to sit by and watch member after member of my community have their accounts hijacked. No worries, valve will help them get their accounts back, right? Sure! Right after they VAC ban it for whatever the hijacker was doing on it.

There have been way to many people who are losing REAL MONEY, in a time of economic crisis no less, simply because valve refuses to acknowledge that the account owners themselves are not actually hacking.


Valve, if you want to implement a system to help your community, how about you listen to the cries of the community too!

Unban the innocent!
