Anyone who remembers the original final fantasy top-down RPG will like this indie game. The game doesn't take itself seriously. In fact, there are several humorous exchanges in the game.
I was a beta tester for the original CrimeCraft - let's just say that the game has come a long way since then. I can best describe it is a gang-equivalent of Second Life in the general areas, and Counter-Strike with respawn in the fight areas.
