A bullet-hell style shooter...set on Mars in the 1600's? Yep. Great fun, challenging, full of character and variety of ships (moreso if you buy the dlc). A little frustrating at times but quite entertaining.

While not as good or as overall satistying as Defense Grid, PvZ is a fine tower defense game and full of challenge. Numerous and varied game modes keep you coming back for more punishment, just as much as the fantastic character design will.
