If you're new to TF2 and are looking to get into it, I recommend using a time machine to travel back in time to when the game wasn't just about hats and over-powered classes.

Dark Void Zero is a hop, ship and a PEW PEW PEW back to the past. This game beautifully captures the essence of old school video games and deploys it near-flawlessly. My first experience of this game was a little frustrating as I used the keyboard as a control (which is extremely clunky for this game let me tell you); however on my seocond playthrough I discovered a way of mapping my PS3 controller's buttons to keys on my keyboard and was able to use that to maneuver Rusty around effortlessly.

If you do pick this game up I recommend using an xbox or PS3 controller as the keyboard can make things very frustrating.

A little bit repetitive and the mouse controls are horrible, but you should play through it at least once in your life. Overall a good game.
