I wasn't interested in trying this at first. I got on the kickstarter for the singleplayer game still in development, but this is a very interesting tactical game. Two clever features - health and attack strength being the same and the alternating round-robin turn progression - make this more vicious and tenacious than most other turn based tacticals. The outcome is always decided late and the combatants usually pile high.

A good oldie. The latest Kalypso reboot fails to capture the mix of Pirates! and Anno of the first two Port Royales. Build or conquer. Micromanage or delegate. This should be in every greed-driven adventurer's game library.

The most challenging and by far the most rewarding puzzle game I've ever played.
