Visit #kutunluu's profileThe bad: It's the laziest console port of last year, shitty controls and no graphic settings available, possible UBI-DRM, it's apparently pretty short and the beginning of the game is really meh. The good: Once it gets going it's actually pretty neat, it has the best water physics I've seen and it's really purdy and fun. The game isn't really like Populous, it's more like a zen garden thing where you build sandcastles on a beach and the tides come and muck everything up. Sandcastle shaman puzzler. Not bad for a fiver, but avoid full price.
It's an interactive art experiment that's all about creepy/haunting atmosphere and exploration. Don't be like all the haters and expect a gamey game. I liked it a lot, even though a lot of the symbolism and stuff just went past me, it's pretty deep so get yourself in a suitable mood first. I grabbed it because it had Jarboe, I left with much more.
Tremendous fun and way way better than most of the offerings of the oversaturated hero/tower defense genre. Lovely physics gimmicks.
