I love, love, love this game.

Now I am biased, because this game would have had to have crashed and burned pretty hard for me not to love it. I loved Warband so much, and I was one of the people eagerly counting down to Bannerlord for the better part of a decade. Well, Bannerlord has delivered. This game took everything I loved about Warband and made it better. There is so much to do, and so many different ways to play. Siege combat has greatly improved. The individual factions have more distinctive traits and combat tactics. The lineage system exists (no such option in Warband). Weapons are more diverse and unique to different playstyles. I felt that in Warband there was a clear "best" weapon in a bow/arrow loadout. I do not feel that is the clear best any more, which is exciting. And saving the most impressive part for last - the battles in Bannerlord will take your breath away. The first time my army of 500+ found another army of 500+ and the battle started my poor PC started sounding like a jet engine trying to keep up with the action. And I turned into Jon Snow during the Battle of the Bastards. For anyone who wants to relive GoT or any medieval battles on your own terms - buy this game.

I wanted to hold off on a review until after I completed the main storyline. Then I got distracted with dozens of side quests which pushed my playtime over 100 hours - and has this review coming out pretty late. In short, I love this game. But it does have many well documented faults. I was fortunate to not run into any bugs that were game breaking. In most cases, the worst bugs I found (missions not triggering properly, invisible weapons, etc) were easily corrected after quitting then reloading the game. But really overall I recommend this game to anyone who has a PC that can handle it. I was able to play this on max settings, and the world of Cyberpunk is absolutely gorgeous. CDPR developers are getting a lot of criticism right now for all the bugs and problems people are finding - but I think they deserve credit as well for some insanely detailed world building. Its obvious they care about this world and the characters within it. The main storyline is pretty short (probably ~30 hours). But there are so many side quests, that unless your plan is to speedrun the game you are going to be over 50+ hours at completion. The game is not without faults, and there are dozens of areas I am very much hoping to see huge improvement in upcoming patches and DLCs. But I have faith in CDPR and believe they can still deliver.

MGSV is a game that the "Open World, Single player story lover" in me has dreamed about my entire lifetime. The massiveness of this game is hard to explain. For context, I had 70 hours played in this game before I saw a cut screen and "Chapter 2" flashed accross my screen. When the cut screen started, I genuinely thought that was the completion of the game. The storyline can be a little hard to follow sometimes, but that very well might be because this is the first MGSV game I have ever played. So some of the franchise lore might be going over my head. I truely love and enjoy this game. As of this writing, I have over 100 hours played, and I still have not beat the game or explored everything. Some areas of the game do feel repetitive over time, especially the combat and mission styles. But I did not see that as a huge detraction overall. Awesome game, awesome storyline, I highly recommend.

The Witcher 3 is the best RPG I have ever played. I was - and still am - a huge fan of The Elder Scrolls series, the Mass Effect series, the Borderlands series, the Fallout series (havent played 4 yet), and many other great RPGs, but I do not think any of them hold a candle to the immersion provided in The Witcher 3. This game puts you in a world full of choices, hope, customs and traditions. You are surrounded by beautiful sights, decisions and storylines, and danger in every direction. The storyline is amazingly structured and paced, yet uniqueuely "your own" as a result of the numerous different decisions and paths you can take. The Witcher 3 boasts 36 different "end games" as a credit to the breadth of choices available to the player during this game, and the numerous different conclusions those endings provide. No other game I have ever played provided this level of engagement. There are random side-of-the-road NPC's backstories that will suprisingly resignate with you. There are aliances you will make, mistakes you will make, and characters you will hate and love, all based off of personal feelings you might not have even realized about yourself. Although, on the surface, this game sells itself as 'a game of monster slaying and inter-dimensional raiders', it has numerous narritave layers underneath that will leave you amazed.

CastleStorm is a mix of a bunch of different game genres - and the mix really works. It is kind of repetitive after a while, especially if you play through the DLC's. The DLC's add a lot of new content and storyline to the campaign, but unfortunatley it feels like the new factions are all just reskins of each other when it comes to the combat. The game isnt as balanced as I would like. I find myself in higher intensity situations resorting back to strategies I feel are all around better than other strategies (guys that throw rocks >>>). But overall Castlestorm is an awesome game, with above average replay ability, and a fun online gameplay experience to boot.

I was admittedly a little disappointed by this game when I played it. Its actually not really a bad game. The main problem I have with Foreign Legion: BoB is the mundane repetitiveness of it. It's fun for like an hour or so, after that the patterns in the gameplay seem to dry out the experience. This game has an interesting concept and an original visual style, but it really lacks enough content to get you hooked. I feel like many F2P games out now offer a more thorough, less buggy, and more fulfilling third person shooter experience. My advice is save your money, but then again at $5 or less its not a stern steer clear, it might be exactly what someone wants.

In most games I cringe at the idea of going full stealth simply because of the dull, slow and eventually boring environment thats normally required to succeed. Mark of the Ninja is very different. This game does stealth right, point blankly. The entertainment value remains high throughout, even while you sneak around, remaining quiet and trying to actually be a ninja. And eventually you have enough tools and experience at your disposal to rarely have to stop moving, even in stealth with guards all around you. Add to that the fact that the story is very well written, full of twists, betrayal and difficult moral decisions, and this is definitely a game I recommend.

Its like TF2, but instead of the class based gameplay reflected through the character selection, there is a heavier emphasis on the strategic value of gun creation and customization. There are so many combinations of possible gun parts you can use to assemble anything you want to shoot, blow up, zap, burn or maim your opponent. There is heavy customization in the characters appearances as well, but from what I can tell, it is entirely cosmetic. This is definitely a game worth exploring. Minimal to no money is required to get good weapons, gameplay produces an ingame currency called "Blutes" which is used for weapon creation and customization. A separate in game currency called "SpaceBux" is needed for character customization though, and that is only obtained through real money so far as I can tell.

Great software for what it tries to do. If you are going to get this and only use it for its basic features, you should just get Mint or some other spreadsheet program for your budgeting needs. But I really like YNAB for all of the extra things it has. Also, for me, my "game time" doesnt reflect how often I use this. I have the app on my phone running all the time. Once I finished my initial financial setup, I feel like I trust this app now for my financial info more than I trust my banking app. Its definitely worth the money if you are willing to put the time in and use all this program has to offer.

Negatives? No steam cards or achievements, I want achievements for saving money.

KSP might honestly be the best sandbox game I have ever played. Everyone seems to make comments about this games steep learning curve, but the reality of it is, while you are struggling trying to figure out the controls and dynamics of this game, you are probably having a load of fun blowing rockets up and watching your little green men screaming in horror (except for Jebediah, who is always cheering). Nothing about this games learning curve is a deterrent. It admittedly took me a couple hours to get the hang of things myself. But while I was learning, I was having a lot of fun just messing up stuff and laughing at how quickly (or slowly) my launch fell apart. Now that I feel I have "mastered" space docking and world landings, I'm still finding tons of new things to do, explore and try to recreate. Also, the physics in this game are spot on, all the way through. Its amazing how much learning this game really seems like it can provide. I highly recommend this to all. KSP is addictive, fun, and hilarious.

KSP is still in early access. So there is a lot of new content still coming out, and the community for this game is great. Some of the community mods I've used have really blown me away. This game is only going to get more awesome moving forward. Buy this game and thank me later.
