"Ray, when someone asks you if you're a god, you say "YES"!"

“I came here to chew bubble gum and kick ass, and I’m all out of bubble gum.”

“Shop Smart… Shop S-Mart.”

“These aren’t the droids you’re looking for.”

“We are the knights who say… ‘Ni!’

“This is SPARTA!!”

Sunday Local Area Network Gaming

So, what is s(lan)g?

s(lan)g, or…<><[s(lan)g]><>… is an acronym that stands for Sunday Local Area Network Gaming. You will notice the Ichthys-like symbols on either side of the acronym. They indicate that we are a Christian group.

What do we do?

Basically, we find a spot to meet (Internet access is a plus) and we set up a LAN (Local Area Network). Once that is set up, we play video games, we have fun and we fellowship. Sometimes, we take road trips to find more games or to just get out of town for a day. Who knows? Maybe a movie (via Internet or DVD) might pop up every now and again. While in-game, we usually have “[SLANG]” or “[S]” at the beginning of our name.
