After reading the VN once again on this HD version, Planetarian is one of the best short drama I ever read. It is as long as it needs to be but not so long it's repetitive. It's also not too short such that you can't connect with the characters.
The relationship between a clueless android and a man who just stumbled upon that place stopped in time. How the few days passed.
It's an excellent work of art which is very very hard to genuinely reproduce.

If you didn't read this yet. Get 4 hours to read it in one go. That's the best way to read Planetarium.

Don't be scared by my 11h playtime. I read in 4h and spent the rest of the time listening to the OST on loop (specially Gentile Jena).

May options. Most lead to fail but a few lead to success.
Makes you think about our reality and how we are lead to fail. However, we can succeed if we play our "cards" right. Sometimes bending the rule here or there leads to proper success and unnecessary victims won't have to die...

Early Access Review
Really good representation of how dispatching a train is, with extra elements on top to allow you to work on your creativity.
This is mostly a game about thinking than a game about quick reaction or POV.
This both works as train dispatch but also as a puzzle... Things need to move at the correct time and things need to arrive at the correct time. Too early is OK but they will wait the whole time until it's their time...
This game encapsulates that whole concept beautifully!

The demo (which doubles as the tutorial) is through and shows you all the venues of the basic parts of the game as a whole. Game modes, connecting stations, what represents the trains, etc... It's one of THE BEST TUTORIALS I've ever went through. Strongly recommended. ALSO! It doubles as the demo for the game. If you are not sure if you may like the game, grab that tutorial! It will show you enough to know what lies ahead!

This is WIP but you get you bang for the buck, even at full price. If you like what this game has to offer, give it a try. Take the demo/tutorial for a spin and try it. After that, you can also use the 2h extra steam gives to grasp whatever the tutorial didn't touch.
There's no middle for this game. Either you love it (like I do) or you don't care about it (which is fair enough).

Exellent emotional journey!
A game with near-perfect sync between ambient music and what's happening.
Goes through:
1. Exploration/learning
2. Playfulness
3. Challenge
4. Danger
5. Loss of own volition
6. Complete loss
7. Reborn into paradise

Get ready for an emotion roller coaster! This is one of the best best for it.
AND NOT EVEN A SINGLE LINE OF DIALOG! :O

For the ones wondering about the multiplayer, not a single line of dialog either. You are limited to body language and a variable length ping.
Players share the main resource (the scarf recharge) and there's resource increase for the players (increase the scarf).
The scarf isn't necessary to finish the game but it provides a way to finish the game in a different way.

Amazing game this is!

As per dev request and given the new reality, I update my review:

Bang! Howdy is a very fun turn-based game where you barely feel that you have to wait for your turn. Each player has multiple pawns and each pawn has their own turn timer.
You play buy ordering your turn in advance and then the pawns execute your order when their waiting time is over.
It's a very fun strategy game when you prefer to think than to execute in real time without the problem of waiting for your turn. Give it a try! Play first against bots to understand the game and then play against players.
Last time I played, there were 15 players online on the first town and 7 on the indian post town. Not many but the games are short enough for you not needing to wait long (I waited about 5 minutes for example).
have fun!

It's been since June for me to update my review because I run the game through proton and the game was definitely not working through proton until recently

So many hours I played this game... Only 1.9 on steam but so many more online....
It's a shame to see it going....
Thankfully the owner open sourced it: https://github.com/greyhavens/bang-game
Maybe someone can do something good with it.

Great atmosphere, given by lighting and art! That's the highest highlight of this game!
I played as co-op and I concur this is one of the best asymmetric games I've got to play so far.

The story is passable and forgettable but it provides a plausible setting to the challenge.
What really matters is fully covered. The controls are quite good, the gameplay is quite challenging with a great ramp-up phase.
The last levels are very good to work as the "final exam" after being taught everything which gives a great wholesome feeling.

Heavily recommended, specially if you have someone to play with!

One of the best puzzle games made.
Portal 2 picks up on the good storytelling and good puzzle-making of Portal 1 and steps it up in all ways it could.
Many more puzzles, many more themes, many more jokes a more intricate plot, a throwback "Oh! It's you!", and lots of comedy.
This is a unique take to a puzzle game.... With a gun... There's almost no contestant to how good this is and to what it allows you to do.
This shows 23h of playtime but that is mostly just the coop time, it doesn't include all the time I spent playing offline enjoying this awesome ride through Aperture science labs...

The good:
Very funny game.
Very amusing injuries/ilnesses (I loled sometimes at some of them) and even the ways they are treated.
Every step adds a twist to what you can do and can be done.
You always have to manage the hospital. There's always problems to handle and work around.
Always something to do, staff always needs to be adjusted to reach the hospital goals
One of the best fake radios I ever heard

Neutral:
Jokes become neutral fast.
If you don't let yourself progress, at most, after the 3 stars, the game can be come boring

Cons:
If you want to take the management seriously, better search elsewhere. Don't take this management system seriously.
If you are not into management sim kind of games, this can easily be a boring game for you.

In my case, I love playing and I still like playing this from time to time....

Overpriced. In my machine it had low FPS, even though the hardware is supposed to be powerful enough (2GB RAM). It also failed to detect the microphone, for some reason.

For the small test I did, I noticed that many ATC commands were not available, for example:
"Taxi to rnw 16L via B, cross 16R, B2"
The "cross" part was never understood and I typed it manually because it was not available with the premade sentences.

Additionally:
1. You can't warn aircraft for a late landing clearance.
2. You are not penalized for giving clearance to land on a runway in use.
3. You can't warn aircraft for a go-around if clearance isn't given without losing a lot of points (even though that is standard practice in EU).
4. On the taxiway, you can't order who to follow. It's always "follow company " and never "follow the [insert name here]"
5. Only the controller is able to make mistakes. All aircraft AI never makes mistakes (fixing/handling those mistakes should give points)
etc....

I ended up getting it refunded.

Short film that captures the spirit of the game "Papers, Please" nearly perfectly!
As others have said, it's worth to give a try.... and it's short too.
