There aren't any zombies in this game.
I think you meant "skeletons"

No flacker, zombies carry a lot more literary connotation to them, even if that connotation isn't necessarily how they are usually represented. Vampires are undead. Vampires are not zombies.

Every zombie has a skeleton underneath. Skeleton zombies are the spookiest.
