Words have no justice for how I feel about this game.. I have collected a lot of games over the last few years and I have never been into anime or manga, but this game changed a lot of things for me, even though I'm not even through my first playthrough yet. Almost 40 hours in and I bought the entire manga series of Persona 5, I have read so much about this game that it's become a new hyperfocus for me and I play this game on every free weekend I have with a big smile on my face.

This game contains so much content, it's almost insane. It bundles action-RPG elements, a large open world, social simulator, great storyline, some fighting game elements and one of the best soundtracks in gaming and gives it to the player in a timely and smooth succession.

I have waited so long for a game like this to renew my love for gaming as a whole and I'm loving every second of it. Do yourselves a favor, pick this game up (in a sale or not, it's worth full price, even in this economy) and watch time fly by while smiling throughout the entire game.

Dopamine simulator 10/10, would recommend to use the Engineer Monkey to generate 1.1 million banana's and pop 15 million balloons in a single game / or take the ace monkey bottom path and destroy everything

Need for Speed Hot Pursuit was a great racer, if not my favorite racer of all time except for the Forza Horizon franchise. Adrenaline pumping action, a great selection of music and overall a really satisfying feeling with every race. Criterion outdid themselves when this hit the shelves back in 2010, and today, EA released the "remastered" version for consoles and PC. What changed, and is it any good?

Well, the short answer is, yes. Have they changed much? No. Here's a list of the changes Stellar Entertainment made:

  • Added anti-aliasing to make the game look a little more crisp
  • Added a couple of graphics options and updated Autolog to make the game compatible with Origin and Steam
  • Fixed some minor bugs and glitches
  • Added both of the original DLC, including the Most Wanted game mode
  • Added multiplayer crossplay with PS4, Xbox One and Switch versions
  • Removed some cars from defunt companies or where licensing was an issue
  • Removed wheel support for some reason (?!)

Overall, I can not really call this a remaster on PC due to how similar the game is to the original. However, it's still NFS:HP, so the game itself is still really solid. They have not touched the original soundtrack or done anything with the overall experience, which was great back in 2010 and still feels awesome now. Some of the original issues are still there, some weird quirks with the steering with a controller, the game is still locked to 60 fps, on my first launch I had some issues with frame rate and audio (which were fixed by the time I got past the launch screen), and seeing past a hill is still impossible when you're in third person, but other than that, it's still a really great game and if you liked the original back in the day and want to re-live the old experience for multiplayer or if you're new and looking for a great racer with police chases on top of it, this is a great game to have and play.
