Not very fun singleplayer. Co-op with random strangers ranges from good to horrible. This game is best played with friends.
Lots of DLC, but most of them are character costumes and challenge maps. One set is a 4-part campaign addon, which I haven't tried yet. There are a few new character DLCs, but they just allow for different playing styles.
Incredibly large scale RTS/4X set in space. Many different ships. Can be played in single player or co-op with up to 8 people against 2 AI. Quite fun. Micromanage as much or as little as you'd like. Graphics aren't the greatest, but then again, you probably don't want outstanding graphics when thousands of ships are battling each other.
Nuclear war has never been this much fun. Except when Asia, Mexico, and South America decide to gang up on you. Then things get ugly.
