I don't personally get the hate that this game seems to inspire. Plenty of creepy moments, some good shooting section, solid game.

Remember back when the GTA series was focused squarely on over the top, ridiculous fun? That's what this game is. Whether you're taking turf by force from rival gangs, or just dropping property values by splattering the contents of a sewage truck on the real estate, the game is a blast.
