Rest in peace Paul Gray

This group is made in rememberance to slipknots great number two (Paul Gray).

Slipknot bass player Paul Gray has been found dead in a hotel room in Des Moines, Iowa

The 38-year-old was found by an employee at the hotel in a suburb of the city. It is not thought that there was any foul play involved in his death and a post mortem is to be carried out to establish what caused his death.

The band have not yet released any official statement regarding Gray's death.

Gray was born in Los Angeles in 1972, and his family moved to Iowa.

He had been a member of the nine-piece rock act since they began their career, before they even adopted the Slipknot name.

In a band where all the members wear masks and are recongnisable by a number on their outfits, Gray wore a mask that resembled a pig's face, but with metal bars around the mouth, and went by the number two.

In the 15 year period that the band have been in existence, they have established themselves as one of the world's bigest rock acts. Despite their international success, they continued to base themselves in their home town of Des Moines.
