I use it with my Guitar Hero III for the PC controller. However, you cannot stum the guitar, you must hit every key. It's sort of like guitar hero that will work with any song, sometimes heavy drums or vocals will be played instead of a guitar, detracting from the guitar hero experiance, but that's not what the game was intended for. It's a rhythm game, better than Beat Hazard because it won't cause a seizure but worse than Audiosurf. Well it's not worse than Audiosurf, it's just not as enjoyable.
