1. Do not accept trades when you are asked to give the item when the person will give you later.
2. Better to accept 1 item at about the price of your liking than accepting 69 items with slight overpay.
3. ALWAYS check the trade before you hit confirm.
4. ALWAYS price check items before trading with someone.
5. Becareful when accepting random trades on random servers.
6. Even when using price guides, check what people are really buying/selling it for as prices may not be accurate or updated.
7. Don't give in to beggars.
