I'm a very passionate gamer. Don't ever argue what system is better or what game is better because i'll tell you the same thing.
"As long as they are fun to play, I don't care which is better. Now hurry up and give me a medkit."
However, I'm almost always making an effort to understand. I see too many problems occuring in everyday lives of people because of really stupid misunderstandings. I also belive that sterotypes/assumptions/generalizations/abstractions can never explain, apply or define people anywhere NEAR 100% of the time. There is no such human as someone who is the perfect "anything".
But honestly, the only exception to this rule is that practically every person has, within THEIR own mind, a justifiable reason to act a certain way (specifically when it is in a way that you don't like or is derogetory).
So next time you think of somebody who does something or thinks something you may not agree with, try to remember that if it makes sense in their head, they are almost always just basing their judgement off a different understanding.
I am a Believer and follower of Christ. I was athiest for most of my life, but have been a believer for 4 years now.
To all those people out there who label, define, or assume christians in a very derragatory fashion (having been an accuser myself) let me just tell you that i've found myself saying: Oh man, we had the wrong ideas and assumptions about the christian religion.
PS: No, I'm NOT shoving my religion down your throat. I have offered you the choice of just not reading it. Just think for a second that maybe we listen and continue to read it because to any extent we've thought or seen the same thing at some point in our life. If even a mustard seed of faith could move a mountain, would it also be able to move people too?
you know i'm utterly speechless at how unfathomable the lord really is...... I can't even comprehend how amazing he is... he created a world..... but it didn't turn out perfect...... he could start over at any time, completely purify the earth with but a word..... but he doesn't....all the power in the universe to just wipe it clean and start again.... but I can hear him saying "nah.... I just love it too much :D "
