An enjoyable jaunt through Freeport which retains the fast paced gameplay of the original. A shame that these weren't continued on.

A fan of exploration, story, and sneaking? This just might be a good choice!

The modified Unreal 2 engine allows for a much more intricate and detailed game world then previous titles in the series, and there's no shortage of areas to explore during the grand thieving romp through the steam punk tinged city. The writers have also gone to superb lengths to place snippets of story behind each set piece, tying everything together and making each area feel lived in and purposed.

Though it has received its fair share of flack from a few fans of the first games, I feel it's a great step for the series and recommend it to anyone who enjoys this style of gameplay.
