I have four questions:
Do you like bargains?
Do you like quality electronics?
Do you like colored lights that flash in time to your stereo?

There were many issues with Fallout 3. Namely the extremely rapid pace at which you gained power relative to the enemies and critters found in the game world. However, New Vegas fixes nearly all of these issues. The game is significantly more fun, engaging, and difficult. The usual tongue in cheek humor is still present, and in fact you can select an option when you begin a game to increase the level of humor (adding extra dialogue and such). I highly recommend this game. Especially to those who felt Fallout 3 was a bit too easy or clunky. They really did wonders fixing nearly all of the issues from Fallout 3.
The mods for this game keep this game relevant even today. I highly recommend buying it and playing a few mods.
This game is actually really fun, especially when you play with friends. Especially when said friends don't weld you into a room and force you to die first. >.<
