I am willing to middleman for Paypal-to-CS:GO item transactions and vice versa. Both parties must have the Mobile Authenticator enabled for at least 7 days prior to the transaction. Paypal Verification will be up to the discretion of the traders, but SteamRep status will be reviewed before anything changes hands. I don't have a service fee, as long as you don't waste my time.
