Once you get past the initial "I'M GETTING KILLED INSTANTLY AND I DON'T KNOW WHY" stage, it can be pretty fun. The first large-scale battle you participate in with a competent leader will blow your mind with its awesomeness.

One downside is that like EVE Online, getting the most fun out of the game requires finding a solid group of knowledgeable players to attach yourself to.

But it's free, so why the hell not give it a try?

The gameplay is GTA turned up to 11, complete with a spontaneously-combusting drummer.
