A beautiful real-time strategy game set in Games Workshop's gothic yet brutal Warhammer 40k universe. This is the second expansion to Relic Entertainment's 2009 hit Dawn of War 2. Retribution is a fully standalone game... meaning it contains all the content of the previous expansion and original game (multiplayer, last stand, etc.), minus the single player campaign (and GFWL).

Instead, Retribution includes its own single player campaign (which picks up where the previous games left off) where you can choose among 5 races to play from start to finish from their own point of view of the story line. Imperial Guard is the 5th race added in this new expansion. If you like the idea of playing a (human) military faction that excels at static defenses and insanely tough armor and artillery, then the IG are your ticket.
