A pretty sold and fairly simple action-RPG. Controls can be a bit finicky but overall it's pretty good fun. Combat is different and a little more involved than adventuring in Recettear due to the introduction of magic crystals that serve as a resource for magic attacks. It's as cute and comparatively difficult as Racettear which also involved a fair bit of retrying.

Some crackin' Carpe Fulgur translation in there an' all: "I'll drink your tears, and they'll be delicious!" What a line!

This is one incredibly challenging puzzle/platformer. I've killed more than a lot of time with it.

Certainly an interesting game. I was always itching to play more whenever I stopped. The story mode would have worked without any of the text or voiceover since it was just explaining backstory that the play doesn't really need to know. Puzzle concepts were simple, easy to understand and introduced leasurely pace.
