Really solid shooter set during the clone wars. Has some of the best friendly AI I've ever encountered in video games.

The Walking Dead. The Walking-goddamn-Dead. I haven't read the comics, I don't like the show all that much, I'm sick of Zombies... and I love this game. It's one of the best I've ever played. Fantastic pacing, superb characterization, and heart-wrenching moments. That is this game. It's the only game to ever make me cry. Not get misty-eyed, cry. The room wasn't dusty, it wasn't "rainy" out, I didn't have something n my eye, I cried. I fucking cried.

This game is absolutely superb.

This game lets experience the battles of Star Wars as a lowly soldier. It's pretty neat, actually.

Oh, also, it has a mode that lets you kill gungans. As in, it lets you shoot a bunch of Jar-Jars. So yeah.

You can't go anywhere on the 'net without seeing praise for this, so I won't repeat it here. I will say that it earns all of it. Buy this game, play this game. You won't regret it.

After playing this game, I can honstly say that... they did it. I don't know how, but Eidos did it. They managed to bring Deus Ex into the modern age without bastardizing it. They managed to keep it true to it's roots, managed to even make it better than the original in many aspects.

This is Deus Ex. There is no doubt about that. The gameplay is open and doesn't favor one form over the other(mostly, more on that later), the story is deep and interesting, and the attention to detail is simply astounding.

However, it's not without it's faults. Mainly the boss battles, which force you to fight no matter what playstyle you choose. And the menues feel a bit rough. But apart from those, this game is truly amazing, and well deserving of the Deus Ex name.

Buy it, right now.

Perfect game if you want to kill about 30 minutes. Short, sweet, to the point, and damn fun. It's kind of like a class-based Tower Defence game. Kind of. Either way, it's really fun, and if you like class-based multiplayer at all, then get this game!

This is an RPG in its purest form. You start out as a nobody, and everything else is up to you. This game is truly open to you and whatever you want to do. You can do anything from becoming a lone adventurer, all the way to king of the land. You can swear allegience to a nation and become part of the army, or form your own band of bandits/mercenaries and be the scourge of the land. You can form your own nation through war, or help a claiment overthrow and re-establish a nation. And so much more.

Add in mods and you got yourself the deepest, most open RPG released in the past decade.

This is the Fallout game we've been waiting for. Combining Fallout 3's gameplay(also while improving on it) with Fallout 1+2's storytelling and characterization, New Vegas offers that old Fallout charm in a new coat. And its a damn fine coat. New Vegas is full of fun, and offers a great story that you have quite a bit of control over. If you liked the old Fallout games, chances are you'll like this game.

Beyond Good and Evil is a fantastic game that you must play. Its like nothing else. You control a young photographer and have to expose the corruption of the govenment by alien forces. Your journey takes you to many interesting locations and is just a fantastic story to experience. The gameplay is rather iffy, but well worth slogging through.

If you like deep, mature RPG's with an interesting world and a choice system with actual concequences with no good/evil system catagorizing things, then buy this game. Now.

The Witcher is a fantastic dark RPG. While it may seem dated, it still offers a fantastic story based on your choices. Where most games promise to have the world react to your choices, this game is one of the very, very few that actually deliver.

The dialog can seem laughable, and the combat is rather "meh", but trust me, this game is well worth it despite its flaws.

This is easily the most balanced multiplayer game I've ever played. Its a fantastic game, full of charm, personality, and fun that'll keep you entertained for ages. Don't let all the new items and systems scare you away, this game is well worth the purchase. You don't need all the new items, you can still do very well with the standard items.

A true overhaul of the Civilization franchise. This game brings in big changes. The most notable being the hex-based gameplay and the removal of unit stacking. Those two things greatly change the way you play the game, and definitally for the better. The overlay is improved, and now when you end your turn the game doesn't pull you to each city and force you to choose what building/unit to build. Which is a small, but much needed improvement. The new systems also make smaller empires more vialbe. Being the biggest and baddest empire is no longer the primary concern. The game also makes it very easy to download and install mods, which further improves the game. Its good, and feels like Civilization while still offering a fresh experience.

What can I say about Portal that hasn't been said before? Its a fantastic little game thats charming, fun, short, and well worth your money and time. Just don't make any cake jokes. Please.

One of the greatest Sci-Fi games ever. The world(or galaxy I guess) of Mass Effect is large, deep, and full of great things. The story is captivating, immersive, and while the gameplay is a little on the rough side, and the planet exploring leaves much to be desired, you owe it to yourself to play this game. Deep backstory, fantastic narritave, and a villain you'll remember. Mass Effect is worth the time and money.

Some weird love child of Team Fortress 2 and Counter Strike Source. Thats the best way I can describe the game. I has the classed based gameplay and on CP-style maps like TF2, but it has the hardcore of Counter Strike Source. It is a great game, but it has one hell of a learning curve, and is unforgivable. But trust me, storming the final flag as a team, with bullets flying every-which-way and with everyone working together, its an experience like no other. If hardcore, unforgiving gameplay is for you, then get this game.
