The Combine Coffee Break is a place where Combine Personel hang out, drink together and complain about their chief's chewing their ass at work. But seriously people, this group was made for people to hang out and chat.
Another words, The Combine Coffee Break is also a place to socialize and discuss stuff when you're not hunting an annoying "Rebel" "Doctor Gordon Freeman" who is trying to kill you every now and then. Combine Soldiers and Police's have feelings too y'know and here is the only place where they feel comfortable besides City 17's stripper bar..That was a joke.
