- "Concept Art" graphical style
- The game takes place on the planet "Pandora", where there is rumoured to be a vault filled with alien tech. It has 120 hour days, and long seasons. It has just come out of winter. Hibernating creatures are awakening.
- Over 15 million guns, based on different sources. Proceduraly (spelling) generated. Can have Acid, Fire, Electric, or Explosive powers.
- Multiple gun companies, all generate guns differently. E.g. "Jakobs" uses wood, which is rare.
- Apx. 150 enemies created out of 9 base species. Enemies have different variations. The tough ones are called "Badasses".
- Vehicles, 2 announced. Players can switch possitions as driver/gunner while driving.There is a Buggy that is customizable and a salt flat racer which we have not seen.
- Four charecters, Mordecai, Roland, Lilith, and Brick. All have come to Pandora for different reasons and all have a different background and story but band together for an overall cause.
- All charecters have 3 skill trees they can develop.
- Mordecai has a pet bloodwing, a kind of falcon. He is your scout class hero. He also has a sword, and specialises in sniping. He's Scottish (or so his voice sounds).
- Lilith is a Siren, one of six.She is your mage class hero. She has been in touch with alien tech, and can "Phase Walk". She goes invisible and can reapear in a kind of nova causing those around her to die.
- Roland is a jack of all trades, he has a deployable turret that also has a shield. It can also be upgraded to heal people. He is your soldier class hero. Prefers shotguns and assault rifles.His turrent can be specced to heal.
- Brick is the Berserker class hero, kind of like the tank. He also can go into a berserker rage where he wll punch the enemies for tons of damage.
- PVP, Quick 1v1, or in Arenas
- Main missions and side missions: Apx 25-30 main missions and 140-150 side missions. Main missions expected to take around 10-25 hours. Maybe around 100 hours to do everything.
- Persisant Characters. You keep the same loot/experience you have through every game you join.
