This game embodies style and is awesome.
A cute roguelike that lacks the depth of some more intensive roguelikes but makes up for it in massive amounts of character and graphics very reminiscent of monkey island in both style and animation. A definite buy for people who love the genre but hate the somewhat exclusive depth of the average roguelike.
This game is great if you hate yourself and want to spend all of your time recognizing how much you hate yourself. It is unrivaled in decimating ego at an astonishing rate and I would highly recommend it only if you feel hubris and need to rid yourself of it immediately.
That being said the core gameplay is smooth and the control although at first slightly perplexing in their method are actually very responsive.
