Game owns. Class based team shooter, with an RTS element mixed in. You have to worry about your base's assets as well as capturing resources (not just "capture points" that have no meaning).

Space Marine is a beautifully executed third person shooter. It's set in the universe of Warhammer 40,000, where everything is very over the top. You can either play it with ranged or melee oriented approaches, or both since the game very fluently switches between the two. This isn't a game of cowering behind rubble as you take pot shots at enemies; in Space Marine you heal by charging into combat and performing brutal executions on the enemies of mankind.

Very, very fast paced. The SP is amazing, the MP is a bit like COD4 but simplified and better executed. Overall I would say 9/10. I really hope they make a Space Marine 2.

First thoughts: This is pretty fun; it's kind of like Left 4 Dead the RTS, but scifi-esque. There are some RPG elements to your character, but otherwise it's about surviving waves.
