Its a ok game, not as good as it could of been, but worth a try 1 play through.
Garrys Mod is a fun, expansive game, worth your money, but can sometimes break due to valve source engine update. it uses alot of bandwith because of it addon feature, which means alot of downloading, and some addons break or break the game, but highly recommended as a buy.
This is a fun horror game, quite hard, and can get boring and repetitive in the long run, but for short spaced out games can be alot of fun, co-op works well, wide range of DLC characters and free characters, and plenty of fire power, must buy.
