Eldar from the Craftworld of Illiian-Is are considered secretive and mysterious, even by others of their kind. It is observed that their expeditions hint of some ultimate, overarching goal - but questions as to such by emissaries from other Craftworlds are met only with evasion and obfuscation. Whatever goal this may be, they rarely act alone, striking almost always in concert with allies... allies they are prepared to draw from *any* faction.
But there is a price for such unorthodox flexibility - for some other Eldar have sought to destroy them: after all, if they have appeared on the field seemingly pursuing the same objectives as the ruinous powers of Chaos, surely the Seers of this Craftworld work to destroy the Eldar species, and could not be working to save it?
Be aware this game will not run on Win7-64bit (at least) if you do not activate "WinXP compatibility mode" (and if you do not toggle "Run as Administrator" you will be prompted for filesystem-writing permission every launch)
This game is *fantastic*. More people need to be playing this. The learning curve is a bit steep for multiplayer, but once you "get" it... . It's so much better than Starcraft 2, which I was disappointed by (and I *loved* Starcraft 1). Fantastic!
