"Hey Kid, you like role playing games? Cause I have some in my beat 'em up here~"
A well needed spin on an arcade classic, if you like beat 'em ups like Golden Axe, Battletoads, or X-Men you're going to love this.
For such a low price tag is has an element for everyone. A button mashing side game for the Mario Party lovers, an Animal collecting system for people who love pokemon or tamagachi, good classic side-scrolling arcade action for beat em up lovers, a well tuned magic system for the wannabe wizards, tons of weapons for completionists, a dark sense of humor for the sick minded (or easily amused), and the list goes on.
Be warey though, the replayability is limited by your willingness to play the same levels repeatedly to find and/or unlock everything. If you reach insane mode, welcome to die because that's what you'll be doing a LOT of no matter who you play ;P

Fair warnings though, if you want to buy this for multiplayer, don't. As a participant in the world tournament (came in 96 / 2,000,000 thank you very much) the PvP is a joke broken apart by the simple unblockable infinate juggle loop "Magic Jump - Light Heavy Heavy, Light Heavy Heavy, Light Heavy Heavy..."
Also, do not work overly hard to unlock characters in hopes they'll be different, they're not, the only thing that changes is mild magic differences. The only character in the entire game with different combat is the Green Knight and he's avalible from the start. (Unlocking the King will be a treat though, he's the only one with a HEAL spell)

All in all, I would highly recomend this game for anyone who loves multiplayer beat 'em ups. I only wish I had more room so I could talk about the music.

Story - N/A (There really isn't one aside from "save the princesses!")
Gameplay - 8/10 (Very solid, very well made, if you die its your fault)
Multiplayer - 3/10 (It's a joke, sorry guys XYYXYYXYYXYYXYYXYYXYY...)
Sound/Music - 9/10 (An amazing community made amazing music and chose the winners, no music is greater than what the fan picked)
Presentation - 7/10 (Very easy to learn and get into, doesn't hammer you with the tutorial, very fun payout for noobs and pros alike)
Color - 10/10 (Oh yeah, it's very colorful, I'm sick of everything being gray/brown)

TOTAL: 7.4/10 Amazing - "Must Try"

"Actually DotA HD"
I came into this game a little uneasy, my past with DotA1 not being the brightest in the world; but seeing something named "DotA2" I excepted new features, characters, etc etc.

I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG!
Valve honestly didn't add a single thing (except one thing we'll get to later) the shop interface is still more unfriendly than a rabid bear in heat, mages are still completely useless in late game are are the least used class of character, the balance is still horribly out of whack leaving a single fed agility hero to be able to take an entire team by himself *cough* Antimage *cough* and it just feels lazy. Even the characters were lifted straight from the WarCraft III modles.

Now back to what valve actually DID add... Hats. Not even joking. This is a shameless cash grab by Valve, do not spend money on this game.

If you want the REAL "DotA2" play "League of Legends" it was an upgrade from the orignal BY the original creators, there's a reason LoL is #1.

[VGS] Shazbot!
This is by far one of the greatest games to grace the PC platform, one of the deepest most skillful First-Person Shooters I have ever played; being a long term fan of the series (sense 1998) I can honestly say this is one of their best works.

Now this is a team-based game where you actually have to play as a team, there's none of that CoD crap where one person can carry the whole team, and none of the TF2 garbage where whoever buys/grinds the best weapons can do an entire position single handedly. In this you NEED to have a cordinated team if you want to succeed.

There are verying game modes and several maps out as well as custom servers, various classes, and tons of weapons. (And Perks!)

I would suggest that anyone and EVERYONE who can at least run this game, should give it a try. You won't be dissappointed.
[VGTG] I am the greatest!
