No other game this year will have you as emotionally invested as The Walking Dead. Yes, the mechanics are simplistic, and yes it's hardly going to win any awards for it's combat. But as an overall experience the series has been top notch - even better than the TV version at many points. It stands on it's own and as a complete series is a game whose choices will stay with you and punch you like a sack of bricks to the face.

Also, zombies.
