They say life is a game of chess, or vice versa. You need to be thinking ten moves ahead, 15 games in the future. There's a brutal caste system in which some lives are considered more valuable than others, and the lowest members of society are the first to die in the name of the stupid monarchy.
The point is, you need to have secret plans.
However, unlike life, games of chess seldom end in drunken gunfights in fast food parking lots at two in the afternoon on Christmas Day.
