It's everything Diablo 3 wished it was and more. Infinite modding potential, fantastic gameplay, well-refined skills system and character development. Also it's only $20. Buy it if you're more interested in gameplay than economy.

It's good. The main seller for this is the vastly improved tech trees (WW1 and WW2 units/infantry) and policy rebalancing. The faith and spy system are a bit underwhelming compared to what they could be, but it's still better than vanilla.

P.S. Austria is overpowered.
