Seems to me that the most appeal in this game is towards people who enjoy or will enjoy the Star Trek Universe. Seasoned MMO played would likely be happier elsewhere. There's a wealth of storytelling and pew pew pew in fucking huge ships for those who stick around.

It's like Portal, except kinda the opposite. The puzzles are now lackluster and lazy yet it has a brilliant story. Don't play the co-op with Brazilians.

I obviously haven't played this much on Steam myself, but I have, however, played it rather a lot on Xbox 360 and love the story mode and those of the subsequent DLCs.

The game that defines the hat simulation genre, Team Fortress 2 is a staple of PC multiplayer. If you don't like it then you've probably just not found the right server for yourself, for there are so many and so much is possible with this game.

Left 4 Dead 2 is a virtually indispensable game in the co-op genre. A great improvement on the already brilliant Left 4 Dead, the continued support with DLC and weekly mutations and regular barage of price reductions on the title mean that you are an idiot if you can run this but don't have it. It is of the best games on PC and would have me pre-ordering Left 4 Dead 3 from day one.

Buy it cheap on sale and it's well worth it, a neat little way to enjoy music. Especially Brodyquest.
