Thomas Nelson

Hampstead, New Hampshire, United States

I spend most of my gaming time playing MMORPGs, with a compliment of some FPS games, handheld games, web games, and more. A multitasker to the extreme, I'm usually playing a game on one monitor, surfing the web on the other, playing something on the DS, and watching TV all at the same time.

Most people call me either Tom or TJ, though I call myself Thomas. I've been a gamer since I was about 2, where I honed my skills on the NES; all I can remember is playing Galaga, Bubble Bobble, and the Super Mario Bros games.

My family's first computer was a Macintosh Performa, and I found myself online with AOL in the early 90s back when AOL used keywords exclusively. I still remember spending a weekend downloading the patch to get us onto the World Wide Web. I played what computer games there were for Macs back then, but I was primarily a Nintendo console gamer in those times.

Years, and 2 computers, later I started to play Battlefield 1942 on my family's first PC and before you knew it I had migrated to primarily playing PC games and built my own computer. On one fateful day in the game of Planetside, I happened to come across IRONFIST's division leader for Planetside, a one BishopDonMagicJuan, and I found myself unexpectedly in a gaming clan; that was the summer of 2003.

I found myself with a wonderful, comedic, and intensely fun community of people from all across the world. IRONFIST has been a home I've never desired to leave, and I'm proud to have been a part of this family for these past few years and helped it grow.

Hey you guys still playing LOTRO? I miss the old IF crew! I see your starting to recruit on wow again. Although it looks like a lot of new people. If your still playing LOTRO with the boys let me know I'm considering buy it. Also If you can invite me to the IF clan on steam that would be awsome :)

Honor and Brotherhood

This is the Steam presence for IRONFIST, a longstanding gaming clan and community that strives to work cooperatively to bring a fun family experience to all of its members. The two tenets of IRONFIST are Honor and Brotherhood, we strive to play in a way that unites and helps every person within our clan.

We have a large community across many games, World of Warcraft and Lord of the Rings Online are the largest clan divisions, over a hundred players strong, but over the years IRONFIST has united across many online games.

Clan servers are operated for Ventrilo and the Clan Website.

RESPECT FIST!

I really love the atmosphere of this game. Warhammer 40k Space Marine drew me into the Warhammer 40k universe, and caused me to pursue the tabletop game as a new hobby. I really think that this game is well made.
