The upscaled graphics, new transation, and redone music don't add much, but any opportunity to play Cave Story should be taken. It's among the best Metroidvanias ever, and the fact that it was made by a single person is mindblowing. I would say "must buy", but getting a legitimate copy of this for free is just a google search away. I'll give it a "must play". So what are you waiting for?
