playable but to many collectibles and to many spells which you often confuse in fights while dodging, positioning, blocking and countering, switching between multiple spell pallets and using the correct spell to break a shield while doing damage and watching the other opponents. Boss fights in the late game are basically always dodge until you can hit the weak point and then do damage and repeat that 20 to 40 times.

The final boss fight unexpectedly throws you into a crowded arena with to many opponents were you lose most of your potions and then non stop throws you into the final boss fight without a gap to restock. Unless you want to skip through 30 minutes of story again you can only turn down the difficulty because potion restocks like in almost all fights before are missing.

Game progress is very slow and almost always you have a linear requirement of things to do first you must figure out yourself by finding them by accident. Often you walk clueless around trying to figure out quests and mechanics without a real introduction to them. Some NPCs are only around for a day and then you need to somehow get the time passed until they show up again. Traders are very picky what they buy and you basically need to memorize where they are, what they buy otherwise you are stuck.

Great story, great atmosphere, great gameplay but it is a bit hard to learn in the beginning.

I loved Witcher 3 and I also really like Cyberpunk 2077.
Is it better than than RedDead Redemption? No.
Is it better than most AAA RPG games including all the RPGs released by Ubisoft in the last year? Yes, by miles.
No stupid tower climbing. The main story is enjoyable and most side missions are more than a shallow hull to cover up your loot grinding. Developing your character is exciting and finally getting an upgrade after a grind feels like you actually accomplished something. You are not over thrown with active skills and meaningless passive skill upgrades. Most dungeons follow a similar structure with a mini boss at the end but still feel different enough to motivate you to do them. No mindlessly running around houses searching for that one entry knowing you will get a carbon or iron ingot. Special weapons are actually special like shooting money instead of ammunition. You can't skip most of the game progression by simply buying the gold edition without a way to get rid of the boni.

Compared to Civ V the multiplayer still works as long as you don't reload the map. So thumbs up, I guess?

If you think about buying this game buy Origin or waste your money.
Everything is just worse compared to Origin. Giant "Open World" that feels empty, repetitive and filled without love. Animation are glitchy. Climbing points are weird and often the character glitches and jumps to them unatural. Increasing difficulty makes opponents just bullet sponges. The AI is stupid and normally can't kill you except that one guy that does one hit you even that his level is beneath all the other 10 guys. There is no "Assassin". You basically play a warrior spell caster. Equipment is meaningless. Just take the higher number and scrap or sell the other stuff. If you die than most likely cause an enemy did an undogable combo which does 100% of your life as damage. To bad. Try it again from the last checkpoint 5 min ago.
