I go by Logos, that’s Greek for “Word”. You pronounce it {log'-os} and it represents Christ. He was and is the Word made Flesh.

SO, what about me???

I'm a Chaplain and I take ministry serious. But I understand that ministry has changed so I present the Gospel in a culturally relevant way. I witness through the gaming community and I teach people how to become passionately sold out to Jesus Christ. How, by going to where the people are. I don't expect them to come to me.

Well, I 'm also priviliged to be a member of the }SoC{ Clan and I’m part of the Admin team. }SoC{ stands for “Soldiers of Christ” and we want people to see Christ in the gaming world as well as in the real world. We try to play for fun, but we also want to be seen so people know that we are here to help and listen when things get wacked out in life. It’s not all about the game it’s about the life we live. So, join me in a game and if you want send a chat message and we can talk.

Enough about that, I laugh allot, I love practical jokes and I am somewhat of a goofball. I would love to get to know you, so look me up in the game and we can lovingly kill each other or others while reflecting Christ (ha ha) Of course as I have said, we do it in fun and we do it to connect with others in a new and growing ministry field.

Soldiers of Christ is a Christian gaming community. We began in 2003 with Halo, led by Saint, Slave and Storm. Since then we have branched into Team Fortress 2, Xbox, Minecraft, Starcraft, Runescape and Lord of the Rings Online, retiring WoW, AoE, and Halo2. We have seen strong growth over the last eight years and now number almost 850 in the clan.

We seek to know and follow Christ within the gaming world, being messangers and ambasadors of His love and forgiveness that is available for anyone who will accept Him. We don't try to "sell" people on Christ, but only give you what God says is truth and let you make the choice from there.

If you are looking for a clan that is like a family and not just a clan, that's }SoC{.

CHRISTIAN CLAN? You do not have to be a Christian to join }SoC{ and not all our members are Christian; however, we are guided by principles given to us as followers of Christ in God's Word (the Bible).

SERVER RULES: Because we seek to create a respectful, clean server environment that both kids and adults can play in, we ask that you respect and follow our server rules when you play in the }SoC{ servers. You can find those rules at teamsoc.net.

In admining our servers, we always seek to balance grace with discipline. If you come in with an attitude, we will seek to give you chances to correct yourself. But we'll also know when it's time for you to leave the server -- ultimately it's really your choice how you act. We'd love to have you play with us with respect for all players! :)
