The steps you gave to me did not resolve my Issue, I am still having the exact same problem with TF2. ANd since the forums alway sseems to be on Maintenance I cant access Chat Help and TIps to get back in...SO I guess Ill add you as friend Temp wise if you know anything else that might be able to resolve my issue.
