What is HardWired anyways?
HardWired is new LAN on the Brisbane scene, run by a bunch of dudes tired of attending badly run dodgy LANS that consist of 8 hours of trying to get the network running, 2 hours of pr0n leeching and 10 seconds of gameplay.

Where is the LAN usually held?
In a mysterious location.

Where does the name come from?
Back in 1991 a group of Scandinavial nutters got together to create one of the most influential demos of the time, Hardwired. They were, of course, the great Crionics and The Silents.

With real time raytracing, stunning technical design and music that oozed class composed by Jesper Kyd, this demo left a lasting impression of technical superiority, unmatched creativity and pure fun that the Hardwired gaming group seeks to represent.

Who did that natty logo?
The Hardwired logo was designed by a skilled designer who goes by the handle of Stoffle, during one of his C++ induced coding comas.

While solving complex 3D math, Stoffle was kind enough to squeeze out his interpretation of a edgy hip lan gaming group logo.

What games are played at hardwired?
A full list of games and their corresponding mods and patch levels is displayed to members once they have joined.

It is the member's responsibility to get their games installed and at the specified patch levels BEFORE turning up on the day. This ensures a fast and pleasant gaming experience.
