If Steam shows the above servers as not responding, you may use one of the following methods to join:
a) In-game browser.
b) Open up the console while in the game by pressing on the tilde(~) key. Enter "open xx" into the console. (Replace xx with the IP address and port of any of the above dedicated servers.)

1) Do NOT irritate/harrass/impersonate other players. Impersonation of any administrator is punishable with an immediate ban from all servers.
2) Do NOT exploit bugs/glitches. Committing suicide is considered an exploit and WILL get you kicked/banned.
3) Vote-kicking without valid reason is considered abuse and will not be tolerated. The servers are not meant for private games. If you wish to have a private server set up for you temporarily, please contact Izuki.
4) Players are to adhere to minimum perk level requirements, if any.
i. Hard - Level 2
ii. Suicidal - Level 4
iii. Hell On Earth - Level 5
5) Spectators will be removed right before boss waves in Suicidal and Hell On Earth servers.
6) Players are to adhere to maximum ping limits, if any.
i. Hell On Earth - 175ms
Unless otherwise stated, anyone found in breach of any of the above rules may be removed from the game without warning. Repeat offenders will be banned.
