I only ever seem to get either Pestilence or Famine...I think. But I'd say the head with triple-shot is worse than the flies. Yes to face the Bloat...I think, and thus far only beaten Mom once.

I recommend heavily that you do NOT purchase this piece of shit. It has the worst control system I have ever seen in a game, repetitive gameplay and, whilst it has an interesting concept, it doesn't handle it well at all.

Fantastic game, unnaturally addictive and great fun. Plenty of items to collect and almost limitless combinations of powerups. Overall lovely design and an amazing soundtrack, plus a rather interesting premise. Also has tons of replayability no matter how frustrated you can get with it :D.

This thing is incredible. Such a simple mechanic, yet used in so many inventive ways. The soundtrack is one of the best around, the graphics are delightfully retro and there's plenty of fanmade levels being made constantly for you to download once you're done with the main game.

In other words, £4 is way too cheap for this thing. I'd be fine paying more for it considering how much enjoyment and playtime you can get out of it.
